Billing

Your credit card will be charged when the order is processed and when the merchandise is ready for shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Items that are unworn, unwashed or unaltered may be returned within 14 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange or store credit. Items for which the original hang tag is not attached cannot be returned. A refund will not be issued with an exchange recepit.

 

Refunds are based on the current selling price. A merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued for all returns without a sales receipt.

 

For Easy Returns and for the fastest service, call 443.404.5855 anytime to request a Pink Coconut Quick Exchange. We will need to charge you for the new item, but we will shop it the next day - and for US exchanges we will waive the regular shipping charge. Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item.

 

All sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange, store credit, or a refund.

1. The original invoice should be enclosed.

2. The return invoice should be completed in full with your desired

intentions marked appropriately.

3. All returns sent by mail need to be prepaid. No packages sent COD will be accepted.

4. We would request on the event that the package gets lost that all packages are insured. The Pink Coconut is not responsible for lost packages.

5. A refund will not be issued with an exchange recepit.
